History of Swamiji
प्राप्तपत्रार्जुन च्छत्र शंखचामरादीपिकम् ।
भूयो भूयो भजे भक्त्या लक्ष्मीनारायणं गुरुम् ।।
- Swamiji was the 9th Acharya and a disciple of Shree Raghauchandra teerth.
- Out of the three disciples, Sri Lakshminarayan teerth ascended the Gurupeetha.
- Swamiji initiated a Vatu in Partagali as a disciple and named him Shree Lakshmikanta teerth.
- Swamiji improved the matha affairs, renovated various Mathas, and received many land grants.
- Swamiji went on a pilgrimage to Dhanushkoti, Tirupati, and Venupura (Nagara).
- Queen Chennammaji honored Swamiji with a Shweta Chatra, two Chaamaras, two Deepikas, a Conch, and a Palanquin
- Swamiji stayed for 5 days in the matha of the samaj and blessed the Queen.
- Swamiji traveled to the north and was honored by Shivaji maharaj and Sambhaji maharaj in Kolhapur.
- Swamiji was also honored by Shree Prahlad panth, the minister of Kolhapur.
