Shree Swamiji’s name itself is भूविजय रामचंद्र. In this the word भूविजय is very interesting. भू means land and one who conquers it is Bhuvijaya. But नारदानुग्रही  पांघ्री  श्रीनिवासाचार्य has given the following meaning for भू  in his Tantrasarokta Mantra commentary among other meanings.

भूपदलक्षित चतुर्विंशति– तत्त्वात्मक देहस्वाम्यं स्वाधीनदेहवत्त्वं इत्यर्थः

It is known that our body is made up of 24 Tattvas. Those who do not get attracted to this body and become वैराग्य मूर्ति are भूविजय. If we take refuge in such Sri Bhuvijaya Ramachandra tirtha, we too can become less attracted to this body and become Bhuvijaya. By the grace of Sri Bhuvijaya Ramachandra Theertha, may we also attain भूति (भाग्योदय.)

• Shree Swamiji ruled from Sri Saka 1700 to 1725.
• Swamiji was the 14th in succession and a disciple of Shree Srikanth Teerth, initiated at Partagali Matha.

• Shree Bhuvijaya Ramachandra Teerth invited Shree Laksminath Teerth to Shree Gopal Krishna Math, and both traveled together to Hulekal.
• Shree Laksminath Teerth was honored by the Gauda Saraswat community.
• A letter from Guru to Shishya, Shree Ramanath Teerth, conveyed this incident.
• While staying in Ankola Math, Swamiji wrote a letter to devotees in Sri Saka 1723, narrating his yatra experiences and issues faced during travels.
• The British prevented Swamiji from traveling with traditional honors, unlike during the rule of Hyder Ali and Tippu Sultan.
